At Headington Baptist Church we have a wide range of rooms to hire.
The church wants to make its facilities available to Christian groups, to charities and to the community groups whose ethos and activities are in keeping with HBC’s values.

Sizes of rooms available for letting purposes.
A lift serves all 3 floors. Toilets in the basement.
Main Hall : av 47ft 6ins (14.25m) by 33ft (10m) gross less stage.
Stage 8ft 6ins (2.6m) deep.
Seating capacity around 200 plus Projection Stand and 20 seats at Balcony first floor level.
Lounge : 20ft 6ins (6.15m) by 23ft (6.15) plus Kitchen/serving hatch.
Seating capacity 50 or 32 round tables.
Boardroom : 14ft (4.27m) by 26ft 8ins (8.1m).
Seats 18 around tables or 30 in rows.
On First Floor.
Meeting Rooms 1: 12ft 9ins (3.9m) & 2 : 13ft 2ins (4m) and both 14ft 2ins deep..
Each room seats 12 with smaller chairs. NB sound travels between the rooms.
Basement : 26ft (7.9m) by 38ft 6ins (11.35m) plus enclosed sink.
High level natural light at one end. Seats about 60 in rows.

At the discretion of the person responsible for taking bookings, charities may be charged a reduced rate.
Example: To hire the Main Hall for 2 hours would cost: £35 + (2 x £20) = £75
